Return policy

This policy applies to physical goods purchased directly from Ghakleonvorbix. Consultation fees follow the cancellation section of your booking confirmation email when applicable.

Eligible items

Unused printed folios, worksheet packs, and tasting strip kits in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery when a manufacturing defect is present or when the wrong item was shipped.

Process

Email contact@ghakleonvorbix.world with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We reply with a return label or local drop-off instructions for Preston-area pickups.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Banking timelines may add several business days before funds appear.

Non-returnable situations

Items with writing, bending, or water staining cannot be resold and are not eligible for refund. Digital downloads, if offered in the future, will be marked non-returnable at the point of purchase.
